We are a community of 128 homes and one public park located in Grapevine, Texas. Austin Oaks is zoned for the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District (Cannon Elementary, Grapevine Middle School, and Grapevine High School).

Austin Oaks Park is designed for the whole family. A wide concrete sidewalk and a playground that’s accessible make it easy for everyone to join in the fun. Take it easy on the benches or the picnic tables while the kids race down the slides or get some exercise on the half basketball court.
